Safety

We have long recognized that the safety of our employees is our primary focus.

   Our employees and customers deserve and demand a safe work environment. It is our intention for each of our employees to return home safely from work each day. To reach that goal, we made safety the responsibility of each employee from the craftsman in the field to the management of the company.

The implementation of an ever-changing “Injury Illness Prevention Program” is the central focus of our commitment to safety. Among other things, our IIPP program includes employee safety training, job site safety audits, and the implementation of site-specific JSA (job site safety awareness) forms. This is a living document that is constantly updated and improved.

TPI employees are CAL OSHA 10- hour certified trained.

THERMO POWER INDUSTRIES maintains a formal written “Drug and Alcohol Program”. All employees are subjected to pre-employment, random, and post-accident drug and alcohol testing. We belong to ASAP Drug Solutions.
